Attorney Joins Law Firm

Managing partner Thomas A. Heywood announced today that Julie R. Shank has joined the law firm of Bowles Rice McDavid Graff & Love LLP as an associate in the firm’s Martinsburg, West Virginia office.  She is a member of the firm’s litigation department.

Ms. Shank joins Bowles Rice after serving two years as a law clerk to the Honorable Christopher C. Wilkes, 23rd Judicial Circuit, Berkeley County, West Virginia.

She received her bachelor of arts degree, magna cum laude, from Seton Hill University and her law degree from West Virginia University College of Law, where she was associate editor of the West Virginia Law Review.
