Floyd “Kin” Sayre represents businesses and individuals in a four-state region, in matters related to tax, commercial and finance law, municipal law, government relations, real estate, gaming and hospitality and small business development. Kin currently serves as the city attorney for Martinsburg, West Virginia, and is a member of the West Virginia Home Rule Board. Kin is recognized by his colleagues in West Virginia as Best Lawyers’ 2016 Lawyer of the Year for Controversy and Litigation – Tax. He also represents clients before the West Virginia Alcohol Beverage Control Administration and West Virginia Lottery Commission. He is a certified public accountant (CPA) and a former staff attorney for the West Virginia State Tax Department.
