Sandra Murphy is the leader of the Bowles Rice Banking Team and serves as counsel to the West Virginia Bankers Association. She has been recognized by all leading peer review organizations for her experience in banking, corporate and securities law. Sandy regularly represents clients in all aspects of business transactions, compliance, corporate governance and other legal issues that arise. She received her law degree from Brooklyn Law School and her undergraduate degree from Yale University.
