Emily Rennie
Human Resources Director
Emily Rennie serves as the firm’s Human Resources Director and is responsible for managing all aspects of the firm’s human resources operations, including staff recruiting; assisting with attorney recruiting; training and retention; staff evaluations; compensation and benefits programs; monitoring and supporting the firm’s commitment to equal opportunity; and maintaining compliance with all federal, state and local laws relating to employment.
Emily is a graduate of West Virginia University, with a bachelor’s degree in criminology and investigations (2007), a master’s degree in industrial relations (2010), and holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification.
