David DeJarnett practices in the area of private client services, with a concentration in estate and trust planning, estate and trust administration, business and tax planning and tax controversies. David also advises clients in philanthropic matters, by helping them to achieve charitable goals while realizing income, estate and gift tax savings. His tax controversies practice includes representing clients before the Internal Revenue Service and the United States Tax Court.
