Michael C. Cardi

Michael Cardi concentrates his practice on business litigation with an emphasis on complex commercial disputes, financial services, and oil and gas. He also practices white collar defense, and assists both employers and institutions of higher education in compliance and workplace investigation, including Title IX compliance, investigation, and policy review.

Michael received his law degree from the Wake Forest University School of Law in 2013. As a law student, he served as articles editor for the Wake Forest Journal of Law & Policy.

He is a volunteer West Virginia CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) for children and he serves on the Mon Health Medical Center Bioethics Council.

Michael also serves as Chairman of the Board of the Monongalia Arts Center (MAC), striving to revitalize MAC and the historic building it has inhabited since the 1970s, all in support of MAC’s mission to provide affordable access to the visual, performing, and literary arts through education and communication outreach.
