Ideal candidates should have experience in litigation, be familiar with trial prep software (i.e., Ever Law and Trial Director), have experience providing direct trial support, knowledge and/or experience in preparing legal documents such as Subpoenas, Complaints, and Notices of Hearing, Accountings (such as 6.01 and 6.02) and summarizing information such as medical records and documentation. Candidates should have excellent computer skills; strong customer service, written and verbal communication and organizational skills; attention to detail and ability to multi-task. Candidates will be required to calendar and schedule appointments and depositions. Must be able to work both independently and in a team setting and handle a large workload for a busy practice. Paralegal certifications or a college degree preferred but not required.
Must pass all required background checks, including Criminal.
