Bowles Rice Elects New Partners
Charleston, West Virginia – Bowles Rice has elected new equity and non-equity partners, effective January 1, 2018. Their nominations were approved at the firm’s annual partners meeting on Thursday, December 14, 2017.
Attorney and certified public accountant Emily R. Lambright is the firm’s newest equity partner. She works in the Charleston, West Virginia office and is a member of the firm’s Tax Team. She focuses her practice on federal taxation, employee benefits and qualified retirement plans, estate and gift tax planning, and tax-exempt organizations and nonprofit law.
Attorneys Patrick C. Timony and Whitney R. Kerns were elected non-equity partners. Timony is a member of the firm’s Litigation Department and works in the Charleston office, where he focuses his practice on commercial, construction and financial services litigation. Kerns is a member of the Energy Department and practices in the firm’s Morgantown, West Virginia office.
