Bowles Rice Announces Newly Elected Partners

Charleston, West Virginia – Bowles Rice LLP has elected and proudly announces two new equity partners and two new non-equity partners, effective January 1, 2025. Their nominations were approved at the firm’s annual year-end partner meeting in December 2024.

The two attorneys elected to equity partnership are:

  • Zachary Rosencrance, who focuses his practice on commercial litigation and bankruptcy matters. Practicing from the firm’s Charleston office, Rosencrance leads the Bowles Rice Financial Services Litigation team.
  • Damon Thomas, leader of the Bowles Rice Construction Law team. With over 20 years of experience, his practice covers the full spectrum of construction law. Thomas practices from the firm’s Canonsburg, Pennsylvania office.

The two attorneys elected to non-equity partnership are:

  • William Lorensen, who focuses his practice on complex and mass litigation. He has experience defending class actions brought in federal court, both at the trial court level and on appeal. Lorensen practices in the Charleston office.
  • Andrew Stonestreet, a seasoned litigator with significant experience in healthcare litigation, including medical malpractice claims and professional licensing disputes; business and commercial litigation; condemnation and property disputes; and insurance litigation. Stonestreet practices from the Charleston office.
