Craig J. Hines
Craig Hines serves as special counsel in the Morgantown, WV office, focusing his practice on real estate law and energy law.
Craig works with residential and commercial developers and banking clients to negotiate, coordinate and handle financing and transactional real estate matters. This includes conducting complex transactions for commercial properties such as malls, shopping centers and industrial/business parks. He is a certified title agent with Old Republic Title Insurance.
In his energy practice, Craig represents oil and gas operators in the acquisition of properties in West Virginia and Pennsylvania, and coordinates with oil and gas production companies regarding leasing rights. He is knowledgeable in the complex and detailed process of securing certified title opinions and conducting title examinations for oil and gas properties.
Craig earned his law degree from the West Virginia University College of Law in 2003. He received his bachelor of science degree in business administration with a concentration in finance from West Virginia University in 2000.
He is a member of the Monongalia County Bar Association.
