Gabriele Wohl
Gabe has represented various targets of investigations led by the Department of Justice, FBI, DEA, and other state and federal agencies. She regularly assists companies and individuals in responding to subpoenas and works with witnesses to prepare for grand jury and trial testimony. She also aids businesses in conducting thorough internal investigations - whether the concern is major compliance issues or isolated allegations of employee misconduct. Every investigation receives competent and vigorous assistance and support.
By drawing upon the expertise of her Bowles Rice colleagues in other practice groups, such as banking and finance, health care, tax, and energy, Gabe is able to skillfully and discreetly handle compliance and corporate governance issues in a wide range of areas. This team approach utilizes the benefit of the firm’s full-service capabilities, allowing for an efficient and effective response to any investigation.
