Grayson O'Saile

Associate

Grayson O’Saile is an associate attorney in the firm’s Charleston, West Virginia Office. A member of the firm’s Litigation Team and White Collar Defense and Investigations group, Grayson is skilled in complex data analysis and using data-driven strategies and insights to drive his cases.

Through Grayson’s work in major corporate litigation, he has defended Fortune 500 companies and other businesses against claims related to regulatory compliance, public nuisance, consumer protection, and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. 

For two years, Grayson has been an integral member of a team defending a national chain in litigation that includes thousands of state and federal lawsuits.  In this capacity, he has led depositions, defended experts and corporate representatives, managed large-scale discovery productions, and sat second chair at a two-month trial.

Grayson is also a member of the Criminal Justice Act panel, where he is appointed to represent indigent defendants facing federal prosecution.   

Grayson earned his law degree, magna cum laude, from the Wake Forest University School of Law, where he served as an Articles Editor for the Wake Forest Law Review and was involved in the Juvenile Law Clinic. He is recognized as a member of the Order of the Coif for graduating in the top ten percent of his class. Grayson earned his bachelor’s degree in Anthropology, summa cum laude, from Wake Forest University.
