Brittany O'Saile

Associate

Brittany O’Saile practices in the firm’s Charleston, West Virginia office. She focuses her practice on labor and employment issues and litigation.

Brittany has experience in legal research, interacting and communicating with clients and adjusters, conducting depositions, and attending hearings and court-mandated conferences on various subject matters. She has experience drafting legal documents, including but not limited to, discovery documents, mediation documents, motions in limine, dispositive motions, and appellate briefs. Brittany has experience defending civil claims in both state and federal court. She stays up-to-date on legal changes, advising clients on compliance matters related to labor and employment.

Brittany also has experience in pro bono matters, including assisting with an adoption proceeding.

Brittany earned her law degree, magna cum laude, from Washington and Lee University School of Law. Brittany was involved in many student organizations at Washington and Lee University School of Law including the Women Law Students Association and the Latin American Law Students Association, where she served as a Moot Court Coach. Brittany also worked as a Student Caseworker in the Advanced Administrative Litigation Clinic and served as a Staff-writer and Lead Articles Editor for the Washington and Lee Law Review. Brittany earned her bachelor’s degree, summa cum laude, in English and Philosophy, from Washington and Lee University.
